If you’re unsure about your next step but are not in need of company along the path ahead, a once-off life strategy consultation might be the right choice for you. Follow up with mentoring sessions in the future.

Consultations are designed for individuals who:

  • Are at a crossroads and don’t know what to do next in life or which path to take.

  • Need clarity on decisions like enrolling in university, starting a business, moving out, or traveling.

  • Feel stuck in a rut, and need ideas to break free.

  • Want help brainstorming and problem-solving specific issues in order to move forward.

Faren uses her life experience to provide practical guidance to her clients, sharing insights from those she has met and offering helpful resources.

Faren will question and prompt you to help you gain perspective and discover the right path for yourself. You will never feel pressured, only gently challenged. Reflect or absorb—this session is entirely about you and your journey!

How do Follow-up Sessions Work?

Though we advertise consultations as a one-stop session, clients are welcome to book follow-up mentorship sessions too, whether in a few weeks, a year, or in five. Client files are kept upon special request only for up to 1-year from the initial consultation date.

Should I sign up for mentorship or coaching?

Mentorship and coaching differ in that coaching walks alongside you as you pursue your goals, while mentorship involves less frequent check-ins and is more targeted toward accountability and sharing with someone who knows about your path and ultimate destination.
