Transparent Pricing
We accept payments by credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer depending on the issuing country. All service fees are listed on their respective booking pages. Payment information is required at the time of booking and first time bookings are paid for upfront. Fees are in Canadian dollars for all services and the respective conversion fees apply at the time that the payment is processed. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your booking (to a new time within the next 7 days), the full session fee will apply. However, 50% of that fee will be credited for use within the following 7 days. Please verify with your provider that your insurance covers counselling or psychotherapy. An invoice will be sent to you after your session, which you may submit for reimbursement. Direct billing is not currently available.
